Raw Tierra Sculpture

People seem to kind of find me when I need a model, some are just fulfilling a bucket list, others like to contribute to "art", others on a lark or a dare.  There are some that are trying to answer questions about themselves. This piece was inspired by someone who had experienced a great loss at a very young age and suffered for a very long time for it. When they looked in the mirror as they grew older, they always saw the same thing in their eyes. That darkness wasn't "evil" or "bad", it was simply pain, lots and lots of pain. Sometimes if you listen, you see something in someone that they were blinded too.
